UPK
UPK for the 2026-2027 School Year
To be eligible for a UPK spot, your child must reside in the district, have a date of birth between December 2, 2021 and December 1, 2022, and turn 4 years old on or before December 1, 2026. Children who turn 5 are not eligible per New York State regulations.
Pre-K Registration is open from March 23, 2026-April 10, 2026. No late applications will be accepted.
The 2026-2027 lottery drawing will take place on April 14, 2026 at 2:00pm at Chester Elementary.
2026-27 Pre-K Application *A completed application consists of the application, proof of residency and child's birth certificate.
